The flail mower is provided with top-quality steel hammers, that are all branded Olindo Ceccato.

It is intended to finely shred grass and clippings, while rolling the grass cover and turf simultaneously. Thanks to the high number of rotor revolutions and the number of hammers (hammer flails), it allows reducing the wave impact of the grass cover and performing excellent shredding operations.

The rotor has been upgraded to a helical shape, which means that the machine emits fewer vibrations and less actual noise, making it also more balanced. Thanks to this type of engine, the work on the soil will also be more even.

The rotor has a high thickness featuring a diameter of 29 cm. This makes it suitable to withstand long years of working operations, keeping its sturdiness against the accidental impacts that may occur.

Additionally, the rotor is mounted on side steel supporting bars that are provided with spherical roller bearings. These spherical roller bearings are renowned to be 10 times more resistant compared to the standard ball bearings.
