BullMach ERMES 125 F - Tractor-mounted Flail Mower - Light Series

The BullMach Tractor flail mower ERMES Series features a light elastic structure and it is normally intended for shredding light branch tendril, grass and shrubs.

Light series flail mower, mainly suitable for hobby use.

The machinery is intended for light cutting operations of grass or small twigs (of maximum 2 cm diameter) exclusively. It is recommended to fit the flail mower to low-powered tractors (as indicated in the technical data sheet) and on well-levelled ground without stones. In case of use on areas that are not perfectly levelled and wit presence of stones, accidental hits of stones or slopes with the cutting components of the equipment may damage the machine (as we’re dealing with a light-series machinery).

The flail mower hammers are mounted on a sturdy bolt made of hardened steel of 20 mm diameter (overall length: 87 mm).

It is intended to finely shred grass and clippings, while rolling the grass cover and turf simultaneously. Thanks to the high number of rotor revolutions and the number of hammers (hammer flails), it allows reducing the wave impact of the grass cover and performing excellent shredding operations.

The rotating roller where are assembled the hammers features a diameter of 76 mm.

Thanks to the hammer flails you will get great cutting results while working on gardens, lawns and urban areas. The flail mower is fitted to the rear side of the tractor three-point linkage.

Universal standard PTO (1 3/8” Z6).

The machine is equipped with standard fixed 3-point hitch.

Focus on the couplings that are realized in proximity to the machine body. Indeed, they are in a protruding position.

This allows that the flail mower is positioned in a closer position to the tractor resulting in eliminating the risk of unintentionally launch of direct stones towards the Operator. Additionally and above all, it prevents any issues linked to the possible mower tilting or raising as in this way its weight is balanced with the tractor resting on a much lesser extent on the tractor.

Gearbox in oil bath The external housing is made in fusion material while the internal gears are in hardened steel. Equipped with lubricated extension.

This machine is equipped with a freewheel device (or overrunning coupling) integrated in the gearbox. This feature ensures long durability to all the moving parts of the machine, avoiding the kickback that would be created from 540 rpm to 0 rev/min. Thus, it allows the rotor to rotate freely until reaching a total stop.

Standard PTO 1 3/8” z6 (suitable to all tractors of the actual and recent production): Whether you own a particularly dated tractor, make sure that it s equipped with the same PTO and with standard clockwise rotation (right-side).

This tractor flail mower is equipped with rear cover (it can be opened), which is mounted on 2 sturdy hinges. Easy opening by simply unscrewing two bolts Provided with lifting handle. Extremely comfortable and user-friendly for maintenance and cleaning operations of the internal component, as well as for replacing tools, and so on.

Easy lifting of the cover: you will just need to raise the lid through the handles on the two sides of the equipment.
