The Weber Fire Smoke EX6 GBS wood pellet grill comes with a 46x91 cm cooking grid for a total barbecuing area of 4186 cm²

The exclusive porcelain-enamelled steel finish creates both an elegant look and also helps to prevent rust and cracking over time. It mounts a DC motor to avoid any pellet jamming. The Weber connect technology turns the Smoke Fire into a smart grill to sear steak as well as smoking brisket, baking cakes, and everything in between. The temperature range of the grid is 95° to 315°, to sear, roast, bake and smoke.

This model comes with four swivel locking casters to conveniently move the BBQ everywhere with ease. A side table offers extra cooking surface while the LCD display pairs with the Weber Connect app and with your smartphone.

Equipped with a digital timer with a food readiness countdown and a real-time temperature probe. The integrated technology pairs with your smartphone and gives you step-by-step grilling assistance, it also notifies you when it is time to flip and serve the food. It offers a great versatility and is ideal for wood fired barbecuing enthusiasts and real wood flavour lovers.

Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub

The Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub is your secret ingredient to perfectly barbecued food. It is a step-by-step grilling assistant that sends notifications directly to your smartphone, on everything from a food-readiness countdown, to when it is time to "flip-and-serve". All it takes is a glance at your phone to know that everything is on track and cooking to perfection.

Food probe to check the internal temperature of food;

Cooking surface

The pellets are poured into the large rear hopper and are then fed through the center and into a short, variable-speed auger to fall directly above the heating element. The flame is fed by an electrical heating resistance thanks to which it is possible to adjust the temperature and the amount of smoke. The Responsive Incline Drive Engine of the auger was specially designed for a fast preheat and to prevent pellet jams.

Next to the LCD display is a control panel with control burner valve to adjust the temperature range from 95° up to 315°

Excess ash and grease are directed down into the drip pan underneath the grill and into the special low maintenance ash and grease drawer, thus preventing the grease from burning. A built-in thermometer helps to keep the temperature under control.

The hopper is very large, in fact, it can contain up to 9 Kg of pellets. The Flavorizer bars are in stainless steel.
