The Weber Original Kettle Premium 57 cm charcoal barbecue is a classic spherical barbecue designed to offer even and controlled cooking over a large area.
The model is suitable for medium-sized groups and allows you to place up to 13 hamburgers simultaneously on the 57 cm diameter cooking grid, corresponding to approximately 2552 cm² of working surface area.
The hinged plated steel cooking grid lifts up on both sides to add charcoal without removing the grid itself, improving operational efficiency during cooking.
The lid has a built-in thermometer to constantly monitor the internal temperature and a heat-resistant handle for safe lifting, as well as a hook for hanging it during cooking. The body of the barbecue consists of an enamelled steel brazier and lid, which retain heat and are resistant to rust, impact and scratches.
In addition, the sturdy side handle is equipped with two storage hooks, useful for hanging tools and keeping everything within reach.
Temperature control is managed by adjustable aluminium ventilation valves located on both the brazier and the lid. These valves allow you to precisely modulate the air flow and internal temperature, making it possible to set slower and more stable cooking conditions for techniques such as Low & Slow.
The barbecue is equipped with the One-Touch cleaning system with a high-capacity closed ash collector that helps removing residual ash. The structure rests on three aluminium legs with a height increased by 5 cm compared to the standard versions, as well as two weatherproof wheels for easy movement.
