Hand-powered tabletop sausage maker, 12 Kg capacity - INOX

This manual Reber sausage stuffer has an 12 Kg capacity and it comes with 4 different food-grade stuffing tubes, which allow preparing several types of sausages.

The (steel) gear transmission, which consists of a steel gear set that allows reducing or increasing the machine speed, makes the stuffing operations (slow position) and piston removal once finished (speedy position) easier and faster.

Easy to use, it is intended to come meeting the requirements of all those users who need to stuff small meat quantity. Sturdy and reliable machine provided with painted steel housing, AISI 304 stainless steel cylinder, steel toothed rack, 6.6 nylon pushing piston, pushing piston cover and gasket made of food-grade plastic material.

100% Italian product manufactured by Reber. This translates to high-quality materials and excellent design features.

Machine body and components

Detachable and washable stainless steel cylinder. Fill the cylinder and use one of the four stuffing funnels (included as standard equipment). To start making sausages, operate the hand crank to turn the pinion of the rack to which the plunger piston is attached.

Focus on the meat pushing piston.

The hand crank can be placed on the second pinion in order to select the higher speed.

Focus on the mechanical device, which consists of a steel gear set that allows reducing the two speeds.
