The MH40M-190/940 PA 400/3/50 EU is a hot water pressure washer designed to ensure high operational efficiency even under the most demanding working conditions. Part of the MH Standard range, it stands out for its reliable and consistent performance, and greatly helps to reduce running costs, machine downtime and CO₂ emissions by up to 80% thanks to its compatibility with biofuels.
The core of the system is the high-efficiency boiler compatible with biodiesel, a central element of MH technology, which delivers high thermal performance while maintaining a more sustainable approach.
From a technical perspective, the model is designed for professional use with a 400V three-phase power supply (400/3/50) and a power consumption of 8.6 kW. The pump delivers a maximum pressure of 190 bar with a cleaning force of 5.2 kg of thrust, ensuring effective action even on the most stubborn dirt. The water flow rate reaches 880 L/h, while the maximum water temperature reaches 90°C, supported by a heating capacity of 66 kW.
The system has a low fuel consumption of 4.1 Kg/h (ΔT 45°C), powered by a 15-litre tank, with the option to use either diesel or biodiesel. The machine accepts inlet water up to 40°C, with a minimum required pressure of 1 bar.
In terms of noise levels, the operating noise level is 77 dB, with an overall sound level of 95 dB, making it suitable even for professional environments.
The technical specifications are completed by a 16A circuit fuse (C16) and a design focused on reliability, operational continuity and reduced environmental impact, making this pressure washer a practical solution for intensive professional use.
Why choose a hot water pressure washer? A hot water pressure washer is necessary when dealing with greasy or particularly stubborn dirt as quickly as possible. The cleaning efficiency of hot water is significantly higher than cold water (up to 50% more effective on certain types of residues), as the heat helps to dissolve dirt. Additionally, the effect of the heat on the surface allows for faster drying. Using a hot water pressure washer means: reduced cleaning times (for the same level of dirt), better removal of non-water-soluble dirt, faster drying times and lower detergent consumption - in short, lower overall cleaning costs.
