The new Laica Vt3240Xpro vacuum sealer comes with high performance and many features that make it unique and fully-equipped with all the necessary functions.

This vacuum sealer is ideal for any type of food products thanks to the preset vacuum programs.

Controls and operation

The Laica VT3240 vacuum sealer is designed by experts to preserve food in an exceptional way.

Simple, intuitive controls with light indicators of the operation in progress

Display progress: numerical indicator light that displays the state of progress of the selected operation

"SEAL" button:

the machine carries out the sealing process only.
During the automatic cycle, it blocks the air suction and the bag is sealed automatically.

"PULSE / vacuum" button: it activates the pulse vacuum function. The air suction starts by pressing the button and stops when it is released.

"Canister" button: it turns on the vacuum cycle for containers.

"Marinades" button: it is used to marinate foods with the suitable containers, it gives flavour to food in a few minutes instead of hours. Indeed, thanks to the power of the vacuum, this program allows the marinade to be fully absorbed by the food and saves a lot of time, retaining the flavour and making the meat tender and the fish and vegetables particularly tasty;

"Sealing" button: it allows to select the sealing time according to the type of food inside the vacuum bag

"Standard" for dry foods such as bread, pasta, cookies that need a shorter sealing time;
"Medium" for wet and moist foods such as fruit, vegetables and cured meats that require a longer sealing time;
"Strong" for wet foods or with high humidity such as meats and cooked vegetables that need a very long sealing time.

"VACUUM" button: it allows to select the machine’s suction power according to the type of food inside the vacuum bag:

"GENTLE" suitable for more delicate foods like fruit and vegetables;
"NORMAL" suitable for all the other types of food.

"Automatic / STOP" button:

it starts the automatic vacuum and sealing cycle.
It stops the previously selected function.
