Laica PM2800 Pasta Maker Kit

The LAICA PM2800 kit is a limited edition kit which includes:

  • PM 2000 pasta maker

The basic pasta maker to roll out the dough into lasagna sheets or sheets to be cut in order to obtain other types of long pasta. You can adjust the distance between the rollers to get the desired sheet thickness. It is equipped with a handle for manual operation and a clamp that allows you to secure it to the table top.

  • Interchangeable double cutter roller

The double roller supplied allows you to cut the previously rolled out pasta sheets into: 6 mm fettuccine and 2 mm tagliatelline

  • APM001 pasta maker motor

To motorise the machine and make work easier and faster, equipped with support. 90W motor with 2 speeds and pulse function.

Features

It is possible to use the pasta maker both manually (using the crank provided) and by applying the electric motor to speed up work.

The pasta maker is equipped with a 7-position pasta thickness regulator. It allows you to adjust the roller spacing.

The machine body is made of steel, the pasta rollers and the cutter rollers are made of aluminium.

The cutter rollers are removable (you can purchase separately several accessories to obtain more types of pasta) and allow you to cut the pasta into two types: 6 mm fettuccine and 2 mm tagliatelline

The motor that can be attached to the side of the machine instead of the crank has a power of 90W and 2 speeds, as well as pulse function.
