The PM 2000 kit is complete with manual pasta maker and interchangeable double cutter roller. It is a traditional machine for handmade pasta, which allows you to roll out the lasagna sheets to the desired thickness (thanks to a special adjustment). Additionally, you can cut the sheets thanks to the double cutter roller that comes with the product.
- Basic pasta maker
The basic pasta maker allows you to roll out the dough into lasagna sheets or sheets to be cut in order to obtain other types of long pasta. You can adjust the distance between the rollers to get the desired sheet thickness. It is equipped with a handle for manual operation and a clamp that allows you to secure it to the table top.
- Interchangeable double cutter roller
The double roller supplied allows you to cut the previously rolled out pasta sheets into: 6 mm fettuccine and 2 mm tagliatelline
