Kawasaki Engine

Kawasaki TJ 53 E is a 53.2 cc, 2-stroke, air-cooled horizontal axis engine. This type of engine is particularly renowned for having an excellent power to weight ratio, which makes it particularly suitable for long work sessions.

Equipped with a single cylinder, it develops a maximum power of 2.68 CV at 8500 rpm and a torque of 3.00 Nm at 5000 rpm.

It is provided with a centrifugal clutch and diaphragm carburettor, it is very easy to operate thanks to the recoil start with self-recovery, cold-start pump and air adjustment system.

It is also equipped with a lightened piston, flywheel dynamically balanced and a patented Kawasaki layered exhaust system.

The weight and size of the engine are really reduced, only 4.5 kg dry per 20x29x27 cm³.

Equipped with 1.1 L tank, Kawasaki TJ 53 E engine is powered by mixture.

The brush cutter consists of 28 mm transmission tube with steel straight shaft and grease lubricated bevel gear.
