GeoTech HFM 220-H tractor flail mower

The horizontal flail mower for tractor of ESFM 220H series with hydraulic side shift was designed for the light runners crushing, grass and small bushes of lawns, woods, orchards and uncultivated soils.

Its use is simplified by the horizontal hyddaulic side shift that enables the machine to work off-axis and to reach the working areas effortlessly.

It is equipped with an engine hood with 2 openings for an easy maintenance.

Suggested for semi-professional purposes.

Double opening of the engine hood

The special feature of this tractor flail mower is its double adjustable opening of the engine hood.

It enables to adjust the rear unloading space by means of smoe screws and to simplify the maintenance operations.

The use of bolts enable to open the small doors individually or all at once.

Cutting tools: hammer flails

Flails are fixed by means of a sturdy 16 mm diameter bolt made of hardened steel.

It finely crushes grass and runners while rolling the lawn. Thanks to the high rotor's rotations and the high number of flails, it reduces the soil wave effect and have a perfect crushing function.

Side belt transmission and gearbox

Oil-bath gearbox. Monocoque shell, hardened steel inner gears.

Free wheel device (or overrunning clutch) integrated with the gearbox; this assures long life to all the machine's moving parts, avoiding recoil that would happen when going from 540 rpm to 0 rpm by allowing the rotor to freely turn until it naturally stops.

Equipped with lubricated extension.

4 belts side transmission (the most part of the tractor flail mowers of this weight category are equipped with normal 3 belts transmission).

Focus on the belt protection sideshield.

Focus on the side greaser located on the same transmission's side, easy to reach by means of the proper window.
