FIMAR PLN12BV Planetary Mixer:

A machine especially designed for professional use, suitable for small to medium-sized companies that do not need to process very large quantities of dough, but that are nevertheless looking for a top-quality product that guarantees a long and durable life without requiring excessive maintenance.

Ideal for processing different types of dough and preparations.

The frame is coated with a special scratch-resistant paint, while the upper-casing is made of ABS.

The bowl and whisk attachment of the machine are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

The dough hook and leaf spatula are made of polished die-cast aluminium.

For safety reasons, the machine is equipped with microswitches on the bowl and front guard.

In addition, the bowl is easily removable to allow for cleaning and unloading of the dough.

The accessories can be easily and quickly removed.

Equipped with speed gauge and inverter.

Main Features

The frame of the planetary mixer is made of steel painted with food-grade, scratch-resistant paints, which guarantee great resistance to corrosion and chemicals, oils and greases.

The planetary mixer is equipped with three quick-release tools:

The classic wire whip: to work light, liquid or foamy doughs - Suitable for long and low-effort work as with cream, eggs, sugar, etc;
The flat beater or K-type beater: suitable for processing thicker doughs with ingredients such as eggs and flour - it replaces hand or spoon work, and it is designed to support a medium effort
The dough hook: for compact, elastic and non-stick doughs, such as bread, pizza, homemade pasta and leavened pastries - Excellent for doughs that require a considerable kneading strength and to develop the dough gluten mesh in bakeries
