The LAICA VT3120 vacuum sealer works with both automatic and manual cycle. The machine body is in plastic with stainless steel plates and the machine is equipped with a 30 cm sealing bar.

It provides the possibility to choose among 3 different types of food to be vacuum packed.

It mounts a specific key-activated device to stop vacuuming at any time and double sealing bar for even more secure sealing.

Equipped with roll holder and cutter to cut the bags to the desired size.

Equipped with double sealing bar and double vacuum pump.

Operation and controls

The main function of this appliance is to preserve the freshness and taste of food for longer while avoiding waste.

Description of the buttons on the machine:

FOOD - for dry or moist food
VACUUM - to select the suction power of the appliance
PROGRESS - numeric indicator to display the progress of the process
AUTOMATIC/STOP - to stop or perform the vacuum cycle
SEAL - to perform sealing
CANISTER - to vacuum pack with containers (not included)
MARINATE - to start the marinating cycle
PULSE/VACUUM - button for pulsed vacuum (it starts the vacuum process which stops when the button is released)

Focus on the 30 cm double sealing bar.

This machine also performs vacuum with containers thanks to the connecting hose and the suitable air extraction hole.

Focus on the vacuum bag roll holder and cutter to cut the roll to the desired length.

When the appliance is not in use, it is advisable to store the power cable in the dedicated compartment on the bottom of the machine.

The operation of this product is extremely simple.

Put the food inside the vacuum bags making sure to leave at least 10 cm between the food and the end of the bag
Check that the part to be sealed is perfectly clean
Set the vacuum speed and the type of food
Place the open end of the bag inside the suction chamber and close the lid.
Press the AUTOMATIC/STOP button and wait until the display shows 0.
