FAMA GS heavy-duty electric cheese grater, entirely made in Italy.

Compact, light and with elegant design.

The machine body, which completely covers the motor, is made of polished die-cast aluminium.

The machine is also extremely sturdy thanks to the excellent Italian materials used.

Equipped with a removable drum, which allows you to easily clean the inside of the grater.

Equipped with a 750W asynchronous induction electric motor powered by 230 V.

The cheese grater output is 70 Kg/h.

The drum features 1400 rpm.

140x75 mm punched stainless steel drum.

The grater opening is 140x80 mm.

Equipped with micro-switch on the grater opening.

Electric cheese grater technical features

The GS electric cheese grater is designed for both domestic and professional use, suitable for: hard cheese, dry bread, etc.

Stainless steel cheese box, 16 cm diameter.

The grater opening is 140x80 mm.

The machine is really user-friendly. Focus on the on/off switch.

Safety systems:

the drum is equipped with a safety micro-switch that allows operation only with the food pusher lowered;

Lower safety grid which prevents access to the drum also from the lower part;

This machine is only suitable for hard cheese (such as aged Parmesan). It is not suitable for soft cheese (such as Emmental)
