The FAMA Baker PA 10 professional dough mixer features a sturdy painted cast-iron frame and components made of AISI 304 steel, including the bowl, grid guard, hook, spatula and whisk.

The ventilated asynchronous motor ensures optimal performance, while the mechanical three-speed gearbox and belt drive allow careful control of the kneading phase.

Equipped with safety micro-systems, intuitive controls and a planetary motion, this dough mixer guarantees a safe working environment for the operator and uniform results in the finished product.

Very practical maintenance thanks to the easy cleaning of the bowl, hook, spatula and whisk, all supplied to meet different mixing needs.
