Innovating cutting blade deck:

- 2 blades placed crosswise at different heights

- 6 knives with swivelling ends

The two supporting blades are placed in a perpendicula configuration, but the most important aspect is that they are placed on two different levels (one is higher and one is lower). These blades, by cutting the grass and residues on various levels, allow for a truly excellent shredding, thus speeding up the breakdown process of the shredded grass.

The 6-knife blade deck chops grass, small twigs, reeds and other material very finely like no other brush mower on the market. The results are truly extraordinary. Maximum diameter of twigs and small shrubs: 1,5 / 2 cm.

The 6 knives are also placed on different levels and they chop everything they touch into very small bits. Moreover, the swivelling motion protects the knives against shocks (collision with stones, large diameter branches or uneven grounds). However, we recommend avoiding violent collisions.

Blade rotation speed: 2300 rpm.

Sturdy sliding frame with tubular runners. The runners height is adjustable. Adjustable cutting height from 50 mm to 80 mm.
The blade deck front opening is raised and wide so it can easily take in large amounts of grass. This part of the machine also features a thick PVC cover to block stones that might come flying from underneath the blade deck.

The blade deck rotates around its own axis, which connects it to the machine.
This makes it possible to operate on all kinds of terrains, uneven and challenging surfaces.

Belt drive between the blade deck and the machine body. The transmission unit is protected by the black shield you can see to the right.

This feature, along with the swivelling knives, reduces the blade deck wear process.

The belt can slip in case of shocks, thus preventing damage to the machine parts.

However, we recommend you avoid collision and working around large stones that are as high as the blades.

Because the machine is equipped with a belt drive transmission system, the blade features an engage/disengage lever.

If the blade were mounted directly below the engine (as is the case with other mowers), it wouldn't be possible to disengage it, so the blade would keep turning with the engine on. By contrast, this innovating machine allows engaging the blade only when necessary, so the blade can be disengaged when the operator doesn't need to use it. The machine can be moved around on its drive wheels while the blade is disengaged.

The wheels feature a blocking system that can be engaged or disengaged by releasing the fixing support. When blocking the wheels, they lose traction and go idle.
