The InStart electric starting system by Briggs & Stratton allows starting this powerful engine by simply pressing a button.

This innovative system works thanks to the Lithium battery, which is built into the engine. Charge the battery for 10 minutes to start the engine more than 10 times. Charge it for 60 minutes and it will allow you to start the engine over 50 times. Once the battery is inserted, push the button to start the engine.

You won't need to engage the carburettor or the clutch lever!

Lithium batteries ensure simple, fast and repeated starting and you don't need to charge them after each use. The InStart system is the simplest activation system ever: all you have to do is press a button - pulling the recoil cord is no longer necessary.

The machine features a 5 speeds gear shifting system:

You can select the desired speed by pulling the lever underneath the handle bars.

Throttle control

Innovating blade deck:

- 2 blades; the blades are perpendicular to each other (placed crosswise) and they are mounted on different levels

- 6 knives with swivelling ends.

The two main blades are placed crosswise and on different levels (one is on a higher level than the other).

These blades carry out a centrifugal motion on various levels which results in extremely tiny clippings. Thus, the chopped grass breaks down much faster.

The 6 knives on the cutting deck can chop grass, small twigs, reeds and much more into fine particles.

The results are truly impressive.
Maximum twig and shrub cutting diameter: 1,5 / 2 cm.

This rough cut mower crushes the plants into very tiny particles thanks to its 6 mowing knives. The knives are also placed on various different levels and they chop everything they touch into very small bits.

Moreover, the swivelling motion protects the knives against shocks (collision with stones, large diameter branches or uneven surfaces).
However, we recommend avoiding violent collisions.

Sturdy black frame with tubular runners. The runners are adjustable in height.

Adjustable cutting height: from 50 mm to 80 mm.
The front opening of the blade deck is very wide and raised. Thus, it can easily take in large amounts of grass.

The blade deck opening features a thick PVC protective cover to block stones that might come flying from underneath the deck.

The blade deck rotates around its own axis, which connects it to the machine.
This makes it possible to operate on all kinds of terrains, uneven and challenging grounds.

Belt drive between the blade deck and the machine. The transmission unit is protected by the black shield you can see to the right.

This feature, along with the swivelling knives, reduces the blade deck wear process.

The belt slips in case of shocks, thus preventing damage to the blades and other machine parts.

However, we recommend you avoid collision and working around large stones that are as high as the blades.

Because the machine is equipped with a belt drive transmission system, the blade features an engage/disengage lever.

If the blade were mounted directly underneath the engine (as is the case with other mowers), it wouldn't be possible to disengage it, so the blade would keep turning with the engine on. By contrast, this innovating machine allows engaging the blade only when necessary, so it can be disengaged when the operator doesn't need to use the blade. The machine can be moved around on its drive wheels while the blade is disengaged.
