Eurosystems P70 EVO - Petrol Brush Cutter - Blade - Rato RV200

The petrol brush cutter Eurosystems P70 EVO is a self-propelled machine designed for intensive mowing and shredding of uncultivated vegetation, ideal for agricultural, forestry, and green area maintenance applications. Powered by a Rato RV200 200 cc petrol engine, this model offers a nominal power of 3.5 kW. The engine is fuelled by a 1-litre tank and equipped with a recoil start system. The compact yet robust frame and large sculpted wheels with mechanical traction make it suitable for uneven terrains and moderate slopes.

The traction system utilizes a gear transmission in an oil bath, a technical solution that ensures high durability and consistent performance even after many hours of work. The 5-speed gearbox (3 forward + 2 reverse) allows optimal speed management depending on the type of surface and the height of the vegetation. This makes the machine particularly versatile in tackling tall grass, weeds, and brambles.

The included brush cutter deck is operated via belt transmission, a technical choice that acts as a safety clutch. This mechanism extends the lifespan of the cutting apparatus, reducing damage from impacts and overloads. The tool can shred weeds and shrubs even over a meter high, making this brush cutter one of the most effective in its category.

The machine features a functional design with a painted steel structure, typical red and black colouring, and ergonomic handles for stable steering.

The mower is driven by a 5-speed gearbox, 3 forward gears and 2 reverse gears.

Throttle control

Innovative cutting deck composed of:

- NR. 02 blades arranged perpendicularly to each other (crosswise) and at different heights

- NR. 06 pivoting knives at the ends

The two supporting blades are placed in a cross position, but the most important aspect is that they are placed on two different levels (one is higher and one is lower). These blades, centrifuging the grass and residues at various levels, allow for truly excellent shredding, thus speeding up the decomposition process of the ground grass.

The 6-blade cutting deck finely shreds grass, small branches, reeds, and more, like no other machine on the market can do. A truly extraordinary result. The maximum cutting diameter in the case of twigs and small shrubs is 1.5 / 2 cm.

The cutting deck tends to pulverize particularly, also because it is equipped with 6 cutting knives. These knives, in turn, placed on multiple levels, finely shred everything they encounter in their path. The knives are also pivoting. This protects them from possible impacts (such as stones, large diameter branches, or ground irregularities). However, we recommend avoiding violent impacts if possible.

THE BRUSH CUTTER DECK IS ONE OF THE FEW ON THE MARKET TO BE PIVOTING.

It rotates around its own attachment axis to the machine body.
This allows it to work on any type of terrain, even quite uneven, being able to adapt to its irregularities.

This allows (together with the pivoting knife system) to safeguard the deck's durability.

In fact, the belt performs a function similar to that of a clutch (it can slip in case of some impact by the blades, often preventing the various components from being damaged).

However, we advise against hitting the machine and working on terrains with many exposed stones and of such size as to reach the cutting level of the rotating blades.

Another great advantage connected to the presence of the belt transmission, is the blade engagement and disengagement lever.

Because in machines with the blade mounted directly under the engine, this is obviously not disconnectable, and as long as the engine is running, it will always rotate. This innovative machine instead allows it to be activated only when necessary, for example at the point where the work is to be done, to deactivate it whenever necessary. Or for example, it allows for movements using traction with the blade stopped.
