Eurosystems Minieffe M150 RM petrol rough cut mower is a machine with a self-propelled petrol engine, equipped with treaded pneumatic wheels connected to a worm screw transmission in oil bath.

The rough cut mower is equipped with a 2-speed gearbox (1 forward + 1 reverse). This is amultifunctional machine to which you can attach several accessories such as the sickle bar (included in the price). The sickle bar is activated and connected to the machine via a belt drive and quick releases.

Suitable for cutting uncultivated and wild grass, even very tall, on all types of surfaces, even with a little slope and not perfectly even. It can destroy even very tall weeds, as it is one of the most efficient petrol rough cut mowers ever.

This model is equipped with B&S 625 EXi Series engine.

The Briggs & Stratton 625 Exi engine guarantees high performance, so it is suitable for works that require high reliability and durability, thanks to its remarkable 163 cc displacement.

The cutting deck shreds grass, small branches, reeds and more extremely finely, as no other machine on the market can, with truly excellent results. The maximum cutting diameter for twigs and small shrubs is 1.5/2 cm.

The structure of the cutting deck is entirely made of steel.

The cutting deck is equipped with a rotating blade of exceptional thickness, fixed on a large blade holder also made of steel and particularly sturdy. Sturdy support slide made of black tubular, adjustable in height, which sets the cutting height from 50 mm to 80 mm. Protected by a PVC sheet to avoid accidental throwing of stones by the blade that rotates at high speed, the cutting deck is easily applied thanks to the quick couplings.

THE CUTTING DECK IS THE ONLY ONE TILTING YOU CAN FIND ON THE MARKET. In fact, it rotates around its own axis of attachment to the machine body. This allows it to work on any type of terrain, even quite bumpy, since it easily adapts to its unevenness

The Minieffe series features a new and effective anti-vibration system at the base of the handlebar, between the handlebar and its connection the machine there are four rubber pistons that will absorb the vibrations coming from the engine and the accessory mounted on the machine. Also, the knobs are anti-vibration as well thanks to the rubber cover.

To ensure correct use of the self-propelled rough cut mower and to maintain its efficiency over time, it is important to use the machine exclusively for its intended applications and under suitable operating conditions. 

Before starting work, inspect the area thoroughly, removing stones, tree stumps, metal objects, plastic and other foreign objects.

The flail mower is primarily intended for surface shredding of grass, wild vegetation, scrub and plant debris compatible with the features of the specific model.

It must not be used to level the ground, push materials or work on objects that could damage the cutting tools and mechanical components of the machine.

While working, ensure the cutting height is set correctly to prevent the cutting tools from coming into direct contact with the ground.

Holes, ruts, depressions, protruding stones and other irregularities can cause impacts and abnormal stress on the rotor, the transmission and the cutting elements.

On slopes, proceed with particular caution, maintaining a controlled speed and avoiding sudden manoeuvres or abrupt changes of direction.

On uneven, loose or slippery surfaces, it is advisable to reduce the forward speed further.

The speed must also be adjusted to the quantity and consistency of the vegetation.

With tall or particularly dense grass, it is preferable to proceed more slowly so as not to overload the cutting unit.

A noticeable drop in rotor speed, abnormal vibrations or difficulty in moving forward indicate the need to reduce the workload or increase the cutting height.

Do not operate the machine on very wet vegetation or particularly muddy ground, as moisture can cause material to build up in the cutting mechanism and reduce the discharge capacity.

During prolonged use, it is therefore advisable to periodically check for grass, fibres or debris around the rotor and the transmission components.

For models with internal combustion engines, it is important to use suitable, properly stored fuel, avoiding fuel that has deteriorated or become contaminated, and using only containers suitable for fuel storage.

Before carrying out any cleaning, inspection or removal of accumulated material, the machine must be completely switched off and secured.

Regular checks of the cutting tools, protective guards and transmission enable any faults to be identified promptly.
