DAL DEGAN ILEO 600 Tractor-mounted Sprayer

DAL DEGAN ILEO 600 mounted sprayer for irrigation with APS 71 pump and maximum flow rate of 67.2 L/min is a spraying unit suitable for medium and large size crops, for heavy-duty use or demanding amateurs.

Equipped with main polyethylene total-emptying tank, including system washing tank and hand washing tank, also made of polyethylene.

This mounted sprayer is the largest among our DAL DEGAN products.

It connects to the tractor via three-point linkage with which the enamelled steel frame is provided.

The tank is equipped with high-pressure Comet APS 71 pump.

A three membrane pump complete with three-outlet pressure regulator.

Attention: universal joint for connection to tractor PTO not included

The two horizontal bars are suitable to mount any type of accessory on the market, in several positions.

Here are some examples of single mounting accessories:

Steel hose reel with 100 m blue high-pressure netted tube (25 bar) and brass lever lance. You can pair the steel hose reel with the "mitra” lance or the spray gun for tall trees.

Comet APS 71 Pump

The high-pressure Comet APS 71 pump has three membranes and a compact size suitable for spraying, weeding and pest control using pesticides and plant protection products.

The parts directly touching the liquid are made of anodized aluminium, resistant to corrosion. The valve has stainless steel site and plate.

Three-way Comet SIRIUS Regulation Unit

Comet SIRIUS three-way control and pressure regulation unit features three outlets, equipped with valve, suitable for the most varied uses.

Usually, the two horizontal outlets are used to connect, for example, a pair of spray guns for orchards/olive groves, or stainless steel booms for vineyard, etc...

Instead, the central valve facing downwards mounts the hydraulic agitator.

Heavy Enamelled Steel Frame

Heavy enamelled steel frame, complete with 3-point linkage for tractor mounting.

The attachment points to the lifter are complete with pins.

This tank is equipped with two horizontal bars to apply any accessories.

These brackets can be applied in several positions, making them suitable for any type of accessory on the market.

Focus on the external hose with graduated scale for a quick checking of the liquid level in the tank.

External suction filter equipped with self-filling system (the hose for tank self-filling is sold separately, you can find it in the related accessories section).

Internal filter that cleans the liquid from any possible residue or dirt during the tank filling phase.
