The Comet BPX25 PP combustion engine spray pump is a professional solution designed for intensive agricultural applications, particularly for spraying organic crops and use with chemicals. The pump, part of the new Comet BPX range, uses internal 'wet parts' made entirely of plastic, giving it high resistance to corrosion and abrasion. The configuration with materials such as polypropylene and SS316 stainless steel allows continuous use with aggressive liquids, fertilisers and herbicides.
It is coupled with a reliable Loncin G200F 4-stroke petrol engine with 196 cc OHV technology, which ensures efficient combustion, lower fuel consumption and reduced noise levels. The engine also offers significant advantages over traditional 2-stroke engines: longer life, fewer fuel-related problems and easier starting even after long periods of inactivity.
From a structural point of view, the Comet BPX25 PP motor pump is compact and functional. The external valve manifolds allow for quick maintenance using a hexagonal Allen key. The pump body has a technical and practical design, with a pressure adjustment unit with a visible pressure gauge, an ergonomic selector and thick grey plastic fittings, designed for continuous use. The pump operates at 650 rpm and offers a maximum flow rate of 29.9 litres/minute with an operating pressure of 15 bar. The motor requires 1.6 HP and has a total weight of 14.3 kg.
The following features highlight the main advantages of the product:
- Stainless steel pump made of polypropylene: corrosion-resistant structure, compatible with chemicals and acids;
- Loncin G200F 4-stroke OHV engine: greater reliability, quietness, reduced consumption and simplified maintenance;
- Inspectable valve manifolds: easy access with Allen key for quick and safe maintenance in the field;
- High hydraulic performance: 29.9 L/min at 15 bar, suitable for spraying medium and large crops;
- Compact and sturdy structure: reinforced pump body, stable supports and design suitable for intensive agricultural contexts.
