The Ceccato Olindo trincione 400 model is a tractor-mounted flail mower entirely Made in Italy, designed for professional use.

A sturdy and resistant machine, designed to withstand considerable stress. Provided with a 4+4 mm double housing and special oscillating barrel roller bearings.

Electrically balanced rotor, adjustable idler roller and skids as standard.

Suitable for large tractors featuring a power between 40 and 80 Hp.

Sheet thickness: 6 mm.

The flail mower is fully robot-welded and made of top-quality components.

It is equipped with 4 drive belts and a special peep-hole for checking the oil level along the transmission shaft that connects the pulley to the gearbox.

Operation with hammer flails.

These are very sturdy and heavy-duty hammers of the highest quality Olindo Ceccato branded.

It finely shreds grass and twigs, while simultaneously rolling the turf. Thanks to the high number of rotor revolutions and the number of hammers (hammer flails), it allows reducing the wave impact of the grass cover and performing excellent shredding operations.

Rotor, reinforced hammer flail supports, side bearings

The highly-tick rotor features a 40 cm diameter.

This makes it suitable to withstand long years of working operations, keeping its sturdiness against the accidental impacts that may occur.

Additionally, the electronically balanced rotor is mounted on side steel supporting bars that are provided with barrel roller bearings, renowned to be 10 times more resistant compared to the standard ball bearings.

Double housing and counter blades

The flail mower is equipped with a highly-thick double 4+4 mm housing.

These two steel plates are in contact and laid one on top of the other, making the machine much more sturdy compared to classic flail mowers with a standard frame.

This flail mower is thus truly indestructible even under the most adverse conditions.

It withstands stones (not too large), shrubs, brushwood and undergrowth with even large diameter branches without the slightest difficulty.

Fixed 3-point hitch

Equipped with standard fixed 3-point hitch. Thus, all the components are strictly Italian.

Focus on the couplings that are closely placed to the machine body, meaning that they are not protruding.

This allows the flail mower to be positioned very close to the tractor, eliminating the risk of stones being thrown at the Operator, but above all eliminating any problems with lifting the machine, because in this way its weight is very close to the tractor, thus placing a much lower burden on it than other products of the same type.

This feature makes possible to also fit the equipment with smaller-sized tractors despite its high weight, making the machine a versatile and easy-to-use product.

Side belt drive and gearbox unit

Large gearbox in oil bath, the machine is equipped with the best gearboxes. The housing is made of cast iron, while the internal gears are made of hardened steel. Also fitted with a lubricated extension with a very useful peep-hole for checking the oil level.

4-belt side drive with large section belts.

Space-optimised lateral belt guard: despite the transmission being equipped with 4 large-section belts. This feature allows the flail mower to take up very little space.
