The flail mower Trincione Ceccato 380 - T1600ID 3-point hitch with fixed attachment, is an innovative machine entirely built in Italy with high performance.

The flail mower features a compact and robust design thanks to its double 3+3 mm shell specifically designed to withstand years and impacts it may receive.

Its sturdy structure and 0.8 cm hammers make the machine suitable for different types of work (grass, pruning, straw, etc.).

It is equipped with four transmission belts and a special inspection window for oil control along the drive shaft connecting the pulley to the gearbox.

Furthermore, it is equipped with all necessary safety devices identified by current regulations.

It is a machine completely robot-welded and built with top-quality components. As with other products from Ceccato Olindo, attention to detail is very high for this machine as well.

The 380 series, like the 400 series, is equipped with a double casing.

Execution with smooth hammers.

These are very robust and heavy hammers of the highest quality from the brand already established in this sector: Olindo Ceccato.

Finely shreds grass and prunings, with simultaneous rolling of the grass cover. Thanks to the high rotor speed and the high number of hammers, it reduces the wave effect of the grass cover and performs excellent shredding action.

The hammers have a width of 82 mm.

The bolt diameter is 24 mm, while the width measures 100 mm.

The cutting diameter of the roller is 125.5 mm

The rotor has a high thickness with a diameter of 132 mm. This ensures it can withstand many years of work and accidental impacts of a certain magnitude.

It is also electronically balanced.

Additionally, the rotor is mounted on side steel supports equipped with barrel roller bearings 10 times more resistant than normal ball bearings.

Frame execution with double hood (or double casing) of high thickness (3 mm +3 mm).

These two sections of steel are laid one on top of the other, in contact, making the machine much more robust compared to classic flail mowers with a standard frame.

This flail mower is thus truly indestructible even in the most adverse conditions while maintaining its ease of use.

It withstands without the slightest difficulty in the presence of stones, shrubs, brushwood, and undergrowth with even large diameter branches.

Equipped with classic fixed three-point hitch the components are strictly Italian.

Detail of the hitches made in a very close position to the machine body, that is, not protruding much.

This allows the flail mower to be positioned very close to the tractor, eliminating the risk of stone throwing towards the operator but above all eliminating any lifting problems of the machine, because in this way its weight is very close to the tractor, thus weighing much less compared to products of the same type.

This allows the machine to be attached, despite its high weight, even on tractors of smaller mass and dimensions, making it a simple and versatile product.

Of the three-point hitch, the upper pin has a diameter of 25 mm, while the lower hitches measure a diameter of 28mm.

The width of the pins measures 60 mm.

Large size oil bath gear reducer box, the machine is equipped with the best multipliers. The casing is made of cast iron, the internal gears in tempered steel. Also equipped with a lubricated extension with a very useful inspection window for oil control.
