BullMach Rea 125 SH - Tractor-mounted flail mower - Hydraulic shift

The BullMach Tractor flail mower REA SH Series features a medium elastic structure and it is normally intended for shredding light branch tendril, grass and shrubs.

Medium series flail mower, mainly suitable for hobby use.

The flail mower hammers are mounted on a sturdy bolt made of hardened steel of 25 mm diameter (overall length: 99 mm).

It is intended to finely shred grass and clippings, while rolling the grass cover and turf simultaneously. Thanks to the high number of rotor revolutions and the number of hammers (hammer flails), it allows reducing the wave impact of the grass cover and performing excellent shredding operations.

The rotating roller where are assembled the hammers features a diameter of 107 mm.

The flail mower is equipped with hydraulic shift.

The tractor three-point hitch from right to left side with hydraulic piston must be assembled in place of the bar designed for the manual shift system.

Gearbox in oil bath The external housing is made in fusion material while the internal gears are in hardened steel. Equipped with lubricated extension.

This machinery is equipped with a freewheel device (or overrunning coupling) integrated in the gearbox. This feature ensures long durability to all the moving parts of the machine, avoiding the kickback that would be created from 540 rpm to 0 rev/min. Thus, it allows the rotor to rotate freely until reaching a total stop.

Standard PTO 1 3/8” z6 (suitable to all tractors of the actual and recent production): Whether you own a particularly dated tractor, make sure that it s equipped with the same PTO and with standard clockwise rotation (right-side).

This tractor flail mower is equipped with rear cover (it can be opened), which is mounted on 3 (1st hinge, 2nd hinge, 3rd hinge ) sturdy hinges. Easy opening by simply unscrewing two bolts Provided with lifting handle. Extremely comfortable and user-friendly for maintenance and cleaning operations of the internal component, as well as for replacing tools, and so on.

Easy lifting of the cover: you will just need to raise the lid through the handles on the two sides of the equipment.

Standard-supplied rear height-adjustable supporting roller which features a diameter of 92 mm.
