During storage the piston can be retracted, making the machine really compact.
It is equipped with wheels and a sturdy and safe handle for transport, essential and very important features for all private users.
The long piston stroke allows splitting trunks of max. 85 cm height.

WARNING:
The log splitters included in this category are not suitable for processing wood with particularly twisted fibres such as poplar or pine, large-diameter trunks and wood types with frequent knots in the wood. In this case it is advisable to use heavy-duty models intended for a professional use. Furthermore, the trunks should only be split once dried, not green; when the wood is green, it has less tendency to split and open and is therefore less suitable to be split with the log splitter. Once dried, however, it can be split and becomes ready for use in fireplaces, stoves, ovens, etc.
