BesserVacuum MINI stainless steel vacuum sealing machine

The BesserVacuum MINI stainless steel vacuum machine is designed for professional use.

Thanks to the external filter, the machine can perform high quality vacuum even in presence of friable foods or liquids.

The machine is provided with 3 main operating functions:

Automatic cycle
Manual cycle
Sealing

The digital display makes it easy to set the different functions of the machine, allowing you to always know the status of the vacuum process.

The body is completely made of stainless steel aisi 430, which allows you to clean it perfectly, easily and quickly.

Extremely easy to use thanks to the user-friendly controls, it allows:

The automatic cycle allows the possibility to chose among 8 different vacuum levels.
Sealing bags without performing vacuum through the manual mode.
Suspending the vacuum process to create a partial vacuum (recommended for the most delicate or friable foods)
Managin the sealing process by means 8 adjustment levels

WARNING: This vacuum machine (like all vacuum machines with external suction), is not suitable for suctioning products with a large amount of liquids or flour. In this case it is strictly necessary to choose a bell-shaped vacuum sealer.

It works exclusively with embossed bags.

Main features

This vacuum machine is equipped with an external protective filter that allows you to perform high quality vacuums even in case of products with liquids or friable foods without damaging the internal circuit of the machine.

To clean the filter, simply unscrew it by hand and empty it.

The machine is equipped with a vacuum gauge featuring three different colours to indicate the vacuum level.

Yellow: the machine has just started to operate and the amount of air in the circuit is still high.

Green: the vacuum level is already sufficient for the correct conservation of food for a short or medium period of time.

Red: the maximum achievable vacuum level has been reached.

Optimum sealing times may vary depending on the type of bag used; it is advisable to carry out some tests and check the result. Reducing the sealing power will speed up the cycle time and allow you to work longer without the thermal protectors coming into operation.

The machine is extremely easy to use.

Enter the food into the bag leaving at least 10 cm of space between it and the end of the bag.
Ensure that the side of the bag to be sealed is perfectly clean.
Lower the bar by pressing it down until the bag is locked.
Choose automatic or manual mode by means the proper buttons according to your needs.

It is possible to carry out a partial vacuum by interrupting the emptying process and sealing manually.
