The BEPER 90.345 is a hand-operated pasta maker with two interchangeable rollers. It is the classic manual pasta maker that enables to roll out lasagna sheets to the desired thickness (thanks to the special regulator). Additionally, you can cut the sheet using the two cutter rollers provided on standard equipment.
- Basic machine
The basic machine is suitable for rolling out lasagna sheets or sheets to be cut to obtain other types of long pasta. It is possible to adjust the roller spacing to obtain the desired thickness. It is equipped with crank handle and clamp to secure it to the table.

The standard supplied rollers allows to cut the previously rolled sheets in pasta with the desired thickness.
