ARTUS AF22 Meat Slicer

ARTUS AF22 meat slicer is designed for domestic and not continuous use.

Due to its low revolutions, it is recommended to slice soft, non-cured food.

The stainless steel blade with 220 mm diameter can be easily removed thanks to the screws, which facilitate cleaning.

The cutting thickness, from 0 to 13 mm, can be adjusted through a rear knob.

The single-phase 150 W electric motor drives the blade with belt transmission.

It consists of a painted steel base, aluminium back plate, painted ABS carriage and stainless steel cutting plate.

The meat slicer is known to be extremely lightweight and manageable, featuring a weight of 5 Kg. Its dimensions have a maximum of 43x27x32 size, which allow moving them easily.

Cutting System

The tempered steel blade having a diameter of 250 mm manages the cutting.

The graduated knob allows making minimal cuts from 0 mm to 13 mm diameter.

It enables to slice food with the following size: 200x180 mm.

Blade can be easily removed thanks to the screw system to ease the machine cleaning.

The product to be sliced is placed on a 190x160 mm printed ABS carriage with a stainless steel tray which runs on a metal sliding guide.

The machine is also equipped with sliding plastic finger safety with teeth to hold the food.

Since it has low motor rpm, this meat slicer is suitable to slice soft, non-cured food.

The plastic carriage in only suitable to slice light food.
