The AR 30 semi-hydraulic double diaphragm pump is ideal for semi-professional agricultural applications.
It can be combined with electric motors or combustion engines on gardening carts or small sprayers for treatments in the garden, greenhouse, orchard or vineyard, using plant protection products under medium pressure.
The parts in contact with the pumped liquids are made of plasticised aluminium (Rilsan) and AISI 303/304 stainless steel, while BlueFlex™ membranes and NBR seals provide durable protection.
The die-cast crankcase with oil bath mechanics and the transparent plastic tank allow visual control of the liquid level.
The pump is equipped with a hydro-pneumatic damper to ensure smoother operation and reduce pulsation in the delivery circuit. It is also equipped with an oil drain plug and segmented pistons, which improve the efficiency of the diaphragm protective 'oil cushion' system.
A new diaphragm blocking system prevents tearing caused by contact, even under heavy-duty conditions, while spherical sector profile valves reduce resistance to liquid flow, improving volumetric efficiency. The pump is also equipped with an overpressure valve with reset and cardan protection for added safety.
The galvanised screws ensure corrosion resistance. The pump is available with gearboxes for electric motors or internal combustion engines, flanges for hydraulic motors, speed multipliers or for small motorised machine tools, making it versatile for a variety of applications in the agricultural sector.
PLEASE NOTE:
If products containing minerals such as Kaolin; Zeolite; Basalt, etc. are used, it is important to ensure that the product is not damaged in the long term. To avoid compromising the internal components of the pump in the long term, it is advisable to carry out washing at the end of each treatment and at the end of each season to dismantle certain parts of the pump such as valves, heads and diaphragms, for cleaning any residues that have settled from minerals.
These procedures will ensure a long life of the pump even if the above minerals are used.
