The 6970 professional hot water pressure washer is designed for high performance. Equipped with a wide range of professional accessories, it guarantees versatility and efficiency, making it ideal for multiple applications.
Thanks to its ability to generate hot water, the 6970 pressure washer is extremely effective in removing stubborn dirt, such as oil and grease, that often stands up to traditional cleaning methods. The internal pump features a brass head and 3 ceramic pistons with a connecting rod-crank system.
An automatic by-pass valve allows the pressure in the pump head to be zeroed, while the three-phase induction electric motor is thermally protected.
Equipped with removable transparent inspection window to see the pump.
Water intake from tank with self-priming function.
The vertical stainless steel boiler, with spiral burner cooling and driven by an independent electric motor, has a double coil and a refractory cement bottom.
Fed by a 14-litre diesel tank, it can reach an output water temperature of up to 110°C if all requirements are met.
A safety pressure switch automatically switches off the boiler in case of water shortage. On the control panel, several lights indicate the voltage, diesel level, flame and the thermostat for water temperature regulation.
The TST system – Total Stop System Timed allows the machine to activate in by-pass mode for a 20-second window when the gun lever is released, ensuring a timely restart within that period. This reduces wear on the pump-motor unit and limits energy consumption. After 20 seconds, the machine goes into Total Stop mode, ideal for situations with frequent interruptions and restarts.
Why choose a hot water pressure washer? It is mostly required the use of a hot water pressure washer whenever there is the necessity to remove oily or particularly stubborn dirt in the shortest time. The hot water washing performing levels turn out to be considerably higher than the ones reached by cold water (up to 50% higher in some cases), because the heat favours the dirt dissolution. Thus, the heat on a surface results in a quick-drying. Using a hot-water high-pressure cleaner therefore involves less washing time (for the same amount of dirt), better breakdown of non-water-soluble dirt, less drying time and less detergent; in short, lower fixed cleaning costs.
