Ama AMX 45.18 Chainsaw

The AMX 45.18 is a chainsaw, which has been specifically intended for the cutting of medium-sized trees and branch removal from tree trunks on the ground.

It is fitted with easy start and a safety device, kick-off, that locks the chain in case of machine bounce.

A 45 cm long OREGON cutting bar enables to cut even the hardest and thickest branches in an extremely and precise way.

Engine with 45 cc displacement.

The comfortable non-slip handlegrip makes its use very handy even for long cutting sessions.

Blade cover and maintenance tools included in the standard equipment.

It is a low-cost product suitable for occasional use.

Main features

The chainsaw is powered by a 2.2 HP two-stroke engine.

The cutting tool safety is ensured by the kickback protection system with instant chain brake. Indeed, as sooon as there is a kickback, the saw chain is immediately stopped. Thus, the cutting tool is also equipped with chain locking device, which is specifically designed to reduce sudden chian detachment.

The machine features a chain lubricating system that allows the oil flow up to the guide bar depending on the engine revolutions.

OREGON saw chain and guide bar which make the machine suitable to cut large medium-sized trees, pruning treatments and branch removal from tree trunks on the ground.
