WIDU Volksmühle Mod. 2 Handcrafted Flour Mill in Solid Wood

The WIDU Volksmühle Mod. II is an handcrafted mill made entirely by hand in solid wood, that gives it solidity and sturdiness.

This mill is ideal for the most demanding hobbyists who need a flour mill with high performance.

The 400W / 230V electric motor allows to grind 180 g of flour per minute with maximum efficiency.

The practical hopper with lid has a capacity of 1200g, in addition, at the bottom there is a drawer with a capacity of 1.5 kg.

The mill can also be used manually by purchasing the crank accessory, which is compatible with all WIDU mills.

The mill can not grind soft seeds such as corn on its own, but requires the dedicated auger that can be purchased in the accessories section.

Main characteristics

The grinder, made with magnesite-bonded corundum, is driven by a 400 watt motor.

By simply turning the front knob you can adjust the degree of fineness of the flour. If you adjust the fineness on a finer grade than provided in the table, the mill will grind to an ultra fine grain. It will, however, increase the danger of ruining the grinders. Pay attention to the grinding noise: if it decreases significantly, it means that the milling stones are beginning to deteriorate; then adjust to a slightly coarser grain.

Cleaning is extremely simple: just unscrew the hopper and clean the interior with a damp cloth.

*Do not immerse the device in water! To clean the machine body, wipe it with a damp cloth and, once dry, rub it with a little surface treatment oil.
