The Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker 57 cm is a charcoal barbecue with smoker designed to ensure slow and even cooking. Thanks to its vertical structure and the presence of two cooking grids, it allows large quantities of food to be smoked at the same time.

The enamelled steel body ensures excellent strength, while the rounded lid promotes even heat distribution.

The barbecue includes a front access door for easily adding charcoal or smoking wood without having to remove the grills, and a fibreglass-reinforced nylon handle.

Cooking surface and other features

The Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker 57 cm charcoal barbecue features a large cooking surface with a double chrome-plated steel grill, allowing multiple foods to be smoked at the same time. The two grills offer a total cooking surface of 4683 cm², ideal for preparing large quantities of meat, such as ribs, pulled pork or brisket. The vertical structure promotes optimal circulation of smoke and heat, allowing even cooking on all levels.

The heat control system is provided by four aluminium air valves on the lid and the brazier. These regulate the air flow inside the cooking chamber, allowing constant temperatures to be maintained for hours. The integrated water tray has a dual function: It helps to stabilize the internal temperature and adds moisture to the cooking, preventing food from drying out.

The thermometer integrated in the lid allows you to monitor the internal temperature without having to open the barbecue, preventing heat loss. The coal chamber is designed to optimise combustion, keeping the fuel compact and preventing ash from clogging the air valves.
