Smokey Joe Premium Gray charcoal barbecue and smoker is equipped with two chrome-plated steel cooking grids with a 47cm diameter.
The enamelled brazier, lid and central section preserve the heat for even smoking. The central door allows you to refill the charcoal or add smoking wood during cooking.
There is also a water tray in the lower part of the brazier to help adjust the temperature inside and the humidity level of the heat.
This model is equipped with 4 lid dampers (1 on the lid, 3 on the brazier) that constantly ensure and adjust the proper air flow.
On the top of the enamelled steel lid you can find a nylon reinforced handle with glass fibres and a practical thermometer to keep the brazier temperature under control at all times.
Below the brazier there is a removable aluminium ash tray.
