This probe is ideal for cooking fish, shellfish, burgers, chicken wings and thin cuts, where a large tip could damage the surface or release juices during measurement. The steel-braided cable allows direct connection to the Weber Connect® Smart Hub even during prolonged cooking at high temperatures.
The Weber food probe works by detecting the internal temperature of the food via the ultra-thin metal tip. The data is transmitted to the Weber Connect® barbecue or the connected Smart Hub. Via a dedicated app, you can monitor cooking from your smartphone, receive notifications when it is time to turn or serve the food, and track temperatures in real time. The short length of the sensor improves accuracy on small or thin cuts of food.
