The Weber Performer Premium Smart charcoal barbecue combines the pleasure of charcoal cooking with smart technologies designed to simplify temperature control and food preparation. 

It features a handy LCD controller with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to easily set and monitor key cooking parameters. By connecting to the Weber Connect app, you can control the barbecue’s temperature, manage timers and monitor your food directly from your smartphone, even remotely.

The automatic digital fan constantly adjusts the airflow directed at the charcoal, helping the barbecue to quickly reach the set temperature and maintain it steadily throughout the cooking process. The system can automatically increase or decrease the heat as required, making even low-temperature cooking and long-duration smoking easier.

The Rapidfire Assist function uses the digital fan to help light the charcoal and speed up the barbecue’s preheating after using firelighters, eliminating the need for a traditional chimney starter.

Furthermore, with the built-in controller, you can monitor the internal temperature of your food thanks to the two built-in probe ports and the included food probe. Via the Weber Connect app, you can also receive useful notifications alerting you when to add more charcoal, turn your food or serve it at the perfect moment.

For those who prefer a more traditional approach, the Performer Premium Smart charcoal barbecue can also be used in manual mode, functioning like a classic Weber kettle without activating the smart features.

The Weber Performer Premium Smart charcoal barbecue offers a generous cooking surface designed to meet the needs of those who love to cook for family and friends.

The 57 cm diameter cooking grid provides a total cooking surface of 2,552 cm², allowing you to cook several dishes at once and grill up to 13 burgers at a time.

The grid is made of chrome-plated steel and features the Gourmet BBQ System (GBS), which expands the barbecue’s versatility thanks to its compatibility with a wide range of dedicated accessories (sold separately).

The hinged design on both sides also allows you to add charcoal quickly and easily whilst cooking, without having to remove the entire grate.

For even more precise control over your cooking, the barbecue is fitted with two integrated ports for temperature probes and comes with one food probe included, allowing you to constantly monitor the internal temperature of your food without opening the lid.

The practical trolley, with lower and central shelves made of painted steel, together with the spacious side shelf, significantly increases the available workspace, providing useful surfaces for preparing ingredients, storing utensils and serving food.
