The Weber Performer charcoal barbecue combines the classic design of the Weber® kettle barbecue with a trolley featuring an integrated brazier, designed for preparation, cooking and serving all in one place. The 57 cm brazier allows you to cook meat, vegetables and use indirect cooking methods, with enough space to prepare several dishes at once.
The raised frame and painted steel side shelf simplify cooking operations; the lower shelf keeps fuel and utensils within easy reach. The two rear wheels make it easy to move the barbecue, even on outdoor surfaces.
In the Weber Performer charcoal kettle, heat is generated by the charcoal placed in the enamelled brazier and regulated via the draught control valves on the lid and the lower air vents. The air feeds the combustion and allows you to adjust the intensity and stability of the temperature during cooking. The hinged grate allows you to add charcoal without having to remove the food completely; the built-in thermometer on the lid allows you to monitor the internal temperature during direct or indirect cooking. The One-Touch system channels ash and debris into the lower container, speeding up cleaning once you’ve finished.
