Discover the Linea VZ QBY barbecue.

Pellet-fuelled, it can be easily used in gardens, small verandas and even terraces, thanks to its modern, space-saving design.

It can be easily dismantled in just a few steps and is convenient to transport. Although the housing is made entirely of stainless steel, it weighs only 35 kg, so you can move it from the terrace to the garden or vice versa as needed, or even take it with you on a trip out of town or to a friend's house.

Equipped with a 60x38 cm double-sided cast iron plate food-grade, it can bake large quantities of food to perfection for up to about 10 guests.

It also contains a grease collection container, which is convenient for disposing of waste grease appropriately once you have finished using the barbecue.

Pellet-powered, it requires neither gas nor electricity and guarantees quick and easy ignition, making it ready for use in just a few minutes, with an autonomy of about 2 hours.

It also produces no smoke, using the process of pyrolysis, i.e. gassification that eliminates almost all smoke, and generates very little ash, which can be conveniently disposed of in the wet waste bin.

All this, of course, with the utmost safety.

The product does not require any special maintenance, but it is strongly recommended to keep the components clean at all times and to protect it from harsh weather conditions if necessary.

Pyrolytic combustion

The Linea VZ QBY barbecue uses the innovative process of pyrolytic combustion.

This process allows the product to generate a much lower amount of smoke compared to traditional barbecues.

It is all based on pyrolysis, a thermal phenomenon that occurs during the combustion of pellet inside the device. During this process, the pellets are heated to high temperatures in the absence of oxygen, causing the thermal decomposition of the organic material.

During this process, the pellet is transformed into a combustible gas composed mainly of carbon, hydrogen and methane, together with small amounts of volatile compounds. This gas is then burned to generate additional heat, creating the ideal conditions for cooking food on the barbecue.

In practice, in addition to the pellets placed inside the burner, the gases produced by the pellets themselves are also used to generate heat.

This offers several advantages over other cooking systems.

Firstly, it allows for precise temperature control and even heat distribution within the cooking chamber, and it also significantly reduces smoke production during cooking.

Since combustion takes place in a low-oxygen environment, emissions of particulate matter and harmful compounds are minimised. Suffice it to say that these barbecues dispose of about 90% of the smoke, while traditional pellet barbecues only dispose of 35-40%.

The barbecue also offers an ecological advantage, as the level of pollution is drastically lower thanks to the extremely low emissions.

The only waste product is ash, which can be conveniently disposed of in the organic waste bin or used as fertiliser.

To take full advantage of the benefits of pyrolysis in pellet barbecues, it is important to use high-quality pellets. The pellets must be made from wood suitable for cooking food and free from chemical additives, which will help to ensure excellent combustion quality.
