Description

VBR-T3 Adjustable Vibro Cultivator

The VBR-T3 vibro cultivator is an agricultural implement for shallow soil cultivation, designed to be attached to a tractor-mounted three-point hitch that is adjustable.

The compact design with a 150 cm frame allows for use on medium-sized surfaces, such as large vegetable gardens or small plots.

It is suitable for soil cultivation: it allows you to ridge and perform inter-row weeding at the same time. All components are easily adjustable on the frame, allowing operation at different row spacings and at the desired depth.

It is suitable for use with low- and medium-powered tractors, where uniform cultivation is required without the need for more complex machinery.

During operation, the VBR-T3 spring cultivator utilises 6 curved tines mounted on an adjustable frame.

As the tractor moves forward, the tines penetrate the soil and lift it slightly, creating a vibration that helps break up clods.

The rear wheels adjust the working depth, keeping the tines at a constant depth.

The main technical features of the VBR-T3 adjustable vibro cultivator are:

  • 150 cm modular frame: steel structure with central bar and side supports; ensures good stability during operation;
  • 6 spring-loaded tines: curved steel elements that penetrate the soil; they help break up clods without compacting the soil;
  • Three-point hitch (65 x 55 cm): compatible with standard tractors; allows for quick and secure attachment;
  • Depth control wheels: positioned at the sides with adjustable supports; maintain a uniform working depth;
  • Adjustable structure: allows the tine configuration to be adapted; useful for different soil types.

Technical Specifications

The 65 x 55 cm three-point hitch, visible in the central triangular frame, allows direct connection to the tractor’s lift mechanism. The multiple holes allow the hitch height to be adjusted.

The depth control wheels, positioned at the sides on vertical supports, allow you to set the tine penetration. Adjustment is carried out using fixing pins along the slots.

  • Adjustable side wheels: mounted on brackets, they maintain a constant depth during operation;

The weight of 101 kg contributes to the implement’s stability while moving forward. The weight distributed across the frame helps maintain the tines’ position in the soil, limiting irregular movements.

Each tine is equipped with a safety bolt.

The product is designed for use on tractors from 15 to 25 HP.

The bar features a fixed central support and two sliding elements along the bar, allowing compatibility with various accessories.
