The VBR-T3 vibro cultivator is an agricultural implement for shallow soil cultivation, designed to be attached to a tractor-mounted three-point hitch that is adjustable.
The compact design with a 150 cm frame allows for use on medium-sized surfaces, such as large vegetable gardens or small plots.
It is suitable for soil cultivation: it allows you to ridge and perform inter-row weeding at the same time. All components are easily adjustable on the frame, allowing operation at different row spacings and at the desired depth.
It is suitable for use with low- and medium-powered tractors, where uniform cultivation is required without the need for more complex machinery.
During operation, the VBR-T3 spring cultivator utilises 6 curved tines mounted on an adjustable frame.
As the tractor moves forward, the tines penetrate the soil and lift it slightly, creating a vibration that helps break up clods.
The rear wheels adjust the working depth, keeping the tines at a constant depth.
The main technical features of the VBR-T3 adjustable vibro cultivator are:
- 150 cm modular frame: steel structure with central bar and side supports; ensures good stability during operation;
- 6 spring-loaded tines: curved steel elements that penetrate the soil; they help break up clods without compacting the soil;
- Three-point hitch (65 x 55 cm): compatible with standard tractors; allows for quick and secure attachment;
- Depth control wheels: positioned at the sides with adjustable supports; maintain a uniform working depth;
- Adjustable structure: allows the tine configuration to be adapted; useful for different soil types.
