Cleans any surface, in any condition, on any slope. THE STIGA ST 5266 P TRAC is a professional grade snow thrower with triangular track drive that ensures optimum grip even on inclines.

The electric start of the5266 P TRAC STIGA ST snowplough is possible via the domestic power line, allowing the machine to be started even at very low temperatures. The machine is not equipped with a battery, as low temperatures would ruin it in a very short time. The batteries do not tolerate sudden temperature changes.

The new transmission enhanced by Easy turn technology for automatic release of the differential lock makes it extremely manoeuvrable. This device is designed to work in complete comfort even in the most difficult conditions thanks to the special LED headlights, the heated handle and the electric start at 230 V. all controls are conveniently located on the panel.

The large front auger in the 66 x 55 cm housing is professionally designed and provided with an optimised steel spiral profile and serrated edge. This auger shreds the snow discharging it even metres away via the discharge chute made of high-quality steel, that can be adjusted and swivelled by means proper controls.

The engine of this snow blower is equipped with electric start. This system is provided with battery. Indeed, this allows starting the snow thrower directly connecting it to the electrical socket. This solution was devised because batteries, subjected to sudden changes in temperature, tend not to retain their charge, in fact, to take it completely. And more, they can hardly stand sporadic use.

Tiller compartment 66 x 55 cm

The tiller compartment is 66 cm wide and 55 cm high.

The snow plough cutter is a professional type with a steel spiral with a serrated edge.
This, together with its optimised profile, guarantees the crumbling and shaping of even the hardest snow.

Two-stage system

The snow is efficiently conveyed into the machine by means of the auger, and then thrown away through the discharging chute by means of an internal high-speed centrifugal fan.

The safety bolts protect the integrity of the gearbox. They are designed to give way if the blade runs into a stone or obstacle, thus preventing damage to the blade.

Metal/HDPE side skids.
They enable this snowplough to work on all types of terrain, from the smoothest to the not-so-smooth, without scratching it.

Adjustable chimney with in-dash controls

The snow ejection chimney is adjustable and via the controls located on the dashboard and by the worm screw at its base.

The deflector, snow ejection distance control, is controlled by a lever on the control panel.

The rotation angle of the chute is 190°: in relation to the direction of travel, the chute rotates 95° on both sides.

The fireplace is also equipped with an anti-intruder safety grid.

Controls and adjustmentes

The control panel is user-friendly, complete and intuitive.

Gear lever: 6 forward plus 2 reverse gears

Switches for the LED headlamp and heated handles

Lever on top of the right handle: activates and deactivates the feed (whatever speed is selected on the gearbox, either forwards or backwards). Releasing this lever stops the machine instantly, for safety reasons.

Assisted Steer
It allows the traction of one of the 2 tracks to be unlocked by means of the lever at the bottom.

It makes manoeuvring or reversing considerably easier. It is operated via the small red lever below the handle.

Lever on top of the left handle: activates and deactivates both the milling cutter and the high-speed chimney expulsion fan (activates and deactivates both stages simultaneously).

Discharge chute deflector direction: it can be adjusted via the control on the dashboard.

General construction characteristics and tracks

The snow thrower can be set in 3 working positions to suit your needs.

The positions are adjustable by means of the appropriate work ride adjustment pedal, in front of the operator's feet.

Tool for unclogging.
If the exhaust chute becomes clogged, it is easy to clear it with the clog removal rod.
