Description

Battery-Powered Robotic Lawnmower Stiga A 3000

The Stiga A 3000 battery-powered robotic lawnmower offers a fully autonomous solution for lawn maintenance.
Unlike traditional robotic mowers, this model does not require any boundary wire, eliminating the need for complex installations and physical interventions in the garden.
The working area is completely virtual and is configured via the STIGA.GO app, allowing precise definition of operational boundaries, management of up to 10 distinct zones, and customization of each area based on schedules, priorities, and cutting height.

The Stiga A 3000 robotic lawnmower is equipped with patented RTK AGS technology, an advanced satellite guidance system capable of predicting GPS signal availability. This ensures systematic ground coverage and significant energy savings.
The 4G connection to the STIGA cloud ensures a constant communication flow, without interruptions, and allows for remote updates and modifications.
Everything is managed through the app, making the robot completely controllable via smartphone, with features also compatible with Alexa for voice commands.

The Stiga A 3000 automatic battery-powered lawnmower also stands out for its ability to work on slopes up to 50%, making it ideal for gardens with steep inclines or uneven terrain.

The unit is designed to cover areas up to 4500 m², (3000 m² Recommended), with cutting efficiency guaranteed by 6 pivoting blades and a cutting width of 26 cm.
The height is adjustable between 20 and 65 mm, while the blade speed reaches 2400 rpm.
The robot is powered by a 25.2 V – 5 Ah battery, equipped with a brushless motor and automatic charging system.

Thanks to the total absence of wiring and completely virtual management, the Stiga A 3000 automatic lawnmower positions itself as an advanced and independent battery-powered robotic lawnmower, capable of operating without external interventions or frequent maintenance.
The compact dimensions and weight of 12.7 kg make it easy to transport and manually move if necessary.

Main features:

  • No boundary wire: the robot works on virtual areas set by the app, without digging or installations.

  • Fully autonomous: intelligent and automatic management of cutting, charging, updates, and scheduling.

  • Advanced remote control: all settings can be configured via smartphone using STIGA.GO and Alexa.

  • 4500 m² coverage in 10 zones: personalized planning for areas with different needs.

  • Efficient 26 cm cutting: pivoting blades and adjustable height for a well-maintained lawn in every spot.

This robot mower is covered by STIGA's 5-year warranty, valid if purchased by December 2025.

Active Guidance System (AGS)

This model is equipped with an innovative and patented system by Stiga, called the Active Guidance System (AGS).
This system allows the robot to store important information such as satellite trajectories, signal strength, and points where the signal is disturbed, for every moment of the day. Consequently, the robot updates the map daily, avoiding areas with weak signals when needed. This helps the robot work more efficiently and prevents potential blockages caused by signal loss.

It can autonomously manage cutting sessions and create a virtual map of the garden while working, knowing exactly where to start cutting.

It includes various direction change programs, eliminating the risk of overcutting. They can be programmed to operate in multiple cutting areas, with the possibility of setting up to 10 different zones. Thanks to the STIGA.GO application, the user can choose from a wide range of pattern combinations, ensuring the lawn's health and customizing the lawn's appearance. It can also be managed via Alexa.

There is no perimeter cable, so you can modify the virtual perimeter of your STIGA A 3000 with a simple touch. You can also manage other robot functions, such as excluding specific areas from cutting cycles and setting times when the robot should not cut, even in certain zones.

To use the GPS RTK technology, the robot needs a continuous connection with its reference station. This connection is guaranteed by 4G data traffic and constant communication between the robotic lawnmower, STIGA Cloud, and the reference station. The reference station is included with the purchase of the robot.

STIGA-GO APP

An app usable on both Apple and Android, integrated with Amazon Alexa, for complete management of your robot!

The application allows you to:

  • easily schedule cutting sessions,
  • switch to ECO mode,
  • manage cutting parameters,
  • manage zones,
  • Receive notifications,
  • Use voice commands,
  • Activate the robot remotely.

- Easily downloadable application via the QR code on the robot.

Through the STIGA.GO app, you can quickly access STIGA support information and services.

Free Connectivity

The 4G data traffic ensures continuous and reliable communication between the robotic lawnmower, the STIGA Cloud, and the reference base, overcoming physical obstacles like walls and vegetation.
Thanks to this, the robot operates with maximum autonomy, maintaining the lawn with precision. A data package is required for the optimal operation of the robot.

The connection of the robotic lawnmower with the STIGA.GO app on the phone uses the mobile data of the device.

The autonomous STIGA robotic lawnmowers come with a free data package for the entire duration of the device, eliminating the need for additional expenses. Data consumption varies based on the size of the garden and the frequency of cutting sessions.

STIGA has chosen Vodafone as the data provider for extended coverage in Europe, ensuring security and privacy in communication between the robot and the network.

At least one provider is guaranteed to provide the necessary support for the autonomous robotic lawnmower to operate efficiently. Depending on the country, there will be different operators to rely on.

Data security is a priority: STIGA Cloud servers, located in Europe, adhere to strict data protection regulations.
STIGA ensures the compatibility and effective operation of the robot in numerous European countries, although functionality may depend on various factors such as service provider, GPS and 4G coverage, and garden configuration. It is recommended to consult the retailer before installation.

E-Power Batteries

The beating heart of the A 3000 robot is the E-Power Stiga battery.

This battery consists of high-quality lithium-ion cells, designed to increase reliability and longevity.

Tested in all conditions, the battery can still perform at its best even after 600 recharges, equivalent to two recharges per week, over six years.

The Qualities

  • High-performance blades: powerful and effective. Six central blades ensure fast and quality cutting.
  • Simple use: Thanks to the simple control panel and the convenient STIGA.GO app, programming the robot is easy and intuitive.
  • Eco-friendly and quiet: does not pollute thanks to the electric charging system and is extremely quiet, staying below 60 dB(A).
  • Helps nourish the soil: Chops the grass and lets the residues fall to the ground, adding extra nourishment to the lawn.
  • Safe: If lifted, the robot stops the blades, ensuring safe use at all times.
  • It is independent: works without your help and recharges itself. When the battery is about to run out, the Robot will return to its charging station completely autonomously.
  • Powerful: Can handle slopes up to 50% - 26.5°
  • Easily removable shell, for better cleaning and maintenance.

The Intelligence of A 3000 and the Control Panel

An intuitive control panel, allowing you to manually instruct the robot when you don't have the phone at hand. With the buttons on the panel, you can:

  • Switching on and off A 3000
  • Activate the Bluetooth functionality
  • Make it return to the charging base
  • Instruct it to cut according to the set schedule
  • Instruct it to start cutting immediately

Pressing the large red button labeled STOP will immediately stop the robot.

Installation

The product that will arrive at your home will be easy to start, and even the least experienced user can begin using the A 3000 robot, also following the included instruction manual.

The installation is completely virtual.
The working perimeter can be set via the STIGA.GO app and is updatable at any time.

Once the charging base (equipped with a charger) is installed, the robot will be ready to go as it does not require a boundary wire.

The charging base must be placed in a location with a clear view of at least 120°. If the view is limited, the antenna can be extracted from the charging base and positioned at a height with a clear view of the sky.

The supplied cable is 5 meters long. However, STIGA provides a 15-meter cable for more complicated situations.

Extension cables can be used for various purposes:

  • Power the charging base
  • Power the satellite reference station installed separately from the charging base, directly from the latter.
  • Power the satellite reference station installed separately from the charging base, using an external power supply.

It is possible to use a maximum of two 5-meter cables each or one 15-meter cable.
