Seven Italy Vibropac 160cm vibro cultivator - 9 tines, is designed to work the soil in depth and prepare it for sowing or direct seeding. The working width of 120 cm indicates the machine width, determining the area it can cover during a single operation.

Unlike subsoilers or spring loaded tillers, the spring loaded vibro cultivator features a smaller working depth and less distance between the tines. The vibrating spring system also allows preparing the soil for seeding or removing overgrown weeds.

Preparing the soil for seeding

This cultivator features a great weight distribution, precision depth control and the ability to follow the ground contours of the machine so as to create the perfect seedbed on any type of soil.

With sturdy elastic springs, the cultivator ensure great performance on any type of soil. The vibro cultivator is equipped with a sturdy frame featuring three rows of springs.

The tillage from the bottom up creates a certain amount of macro-porosity and crumbling in the soil, thus causing little or no change in the profile of the layers. In not very compact soils, the operation is in any case effective in breaking up clamps and improving water drainage.

Main features

The tines feature a leaf spring reinforcement, which gives them a vibrating effect, and the spring reinforcement helps avoiding the recoil effect of the tine in case it gets stuck in the ground.

The vibro cultivator comes with the following items included on standard equipment:

Category 1 3-point hitch;
Safety bolts on each tine that protect the cultivator against damage in case of hitting a rock or a buried root. Indeed, the bolt is designed to break on impact, preventing further damage.
