The Seven Italy Ercole coal barbecue is designed for high performance and solid structure during outdoor grilling.
With its double-thickness, food-grade-certified chrome-plated steel grille made with an interlocking system, it offers stability during cooking. The high-quality painted steel brazier, located under the grate, keeps the fuel well positioned for even heat distribution. Unburned ashes are collected in a large pull-out tray, making cleaning easier.
Practicality is enhanced by the inclusion of two side shelves, ideal for storing utensils or dishes while preparing food. At the centre of the structure, a large shelf provides additional stability and serves as an additional tabletop.
Additionally, the closable lid allows for safe flame management thanks to the galvanized steel handle, which is also useful for quick extinguishing, and the air regulator. Internal temperature control is simplified thanks to the built-in steel thermometer.
The structure is easy to move thanks to the pair of enlarged wheels, which ensures both mobility and stability of the barbecue.
