Cast magnesium and aluminium body

The pruner body is made entirely of cast magnesium and aluminium and it is anodised.

Main Features

Simplified steel chain cover for quick disassembling.

This chain pruner can be dismantled completely for inspections or maintenance operations. All you have to do is take out the chain shield side screw.

The chain cover features a circular space in the centre for proper motor cooling.

New 1/4" chain pitch size for higher performance levels compared to 3/8" pitch chains. This chain pitch allows for faster pruning operations.

Air consumption: 450 l/min.
Operating pressure: 8-10 bar

Operating confirgurations

You can quickly switch between different operating configurations. All you have to do is take out the screw that supports the upper handle and manually unscrew the main handle.

Once the upper handle comes off, you can use the handle support as a hook and bring down the pruned branches.

The pruner can be mounted on extension poles and reach heights of up to 5 meters.

Combining this pneumatic pruner with a pole is very easy as the pruner only weighs 1 kg. This operating mode makes the Sbaraglia chain pruner the handiest tool on the market.

For perfect results, we recommend a slight increase of the compressor lubricator oil flow (one drop every 2 seconds when the pruner is working). This ensures perfect lubrication of the bar and the chain. We'd like to remind you that this chain pruner automatically lubricates the bar and chain thanks to a special system that recovers the oil that the compressor lubricator sends into the air.

Recommended hose

For a proper pruner operation, we recommend using a 9/12 diameter hose.
A traditional 8/10 diameter hose would only deliver 60% of the pruner performances, so we do not recommend using it. Given the high air consumption level of this pneumatic pruner (450 l/min.), only a 9/12 (or higher) hose can guarantee a proper air flow into the tool.
