With regard to the cooking method, it exploits the “closed lid” system. This, together with the stainless steel grills, guarantees an enveloping and even cooking experience. Thanks to the unique combustion chamber inside the barbecue, it is possible to recreate a homogeneous temperature that keeps food moist and soft, preventing it from drying out.
The ventilation system consists of four manually adjustable side vents, which ensure air circulation within the cooking compartment without creating unnecessary dispersions.
