Unlike most products on the market that fit a cooking grid in enamelled iron, this CB 650-2 charcoal barbecue by Royal Food instead features two cooking grids, both the lower and the upper one, in stainless steel. The ventilation system consists of one manually adjustable side vent damper which makes sure that air circulates within the cooking chamber. These type of barbecues also feature a convenient lower storage shelf. The special "closed lid" system, together with the two cooking grids in stainless steel allows to maintain an homogeneous cooking and to achieve mouth-filling cooking results. The combustion chamber helps to maintain a constant internal temperature and keeps food moist and soft. Easy to transport thanks to the two practical wheels and the side handle.
An additional side compartment offers 1,156 cm² of extra cooking surface for preparing small cuts of meat thanks to the two small grids. A practical front table helps to keep all necessary cookware within easy reach.
