Rover Novax G 20 electric gear transfer pump - Stainless steel gears

The Rover - Novax G 20 HP 0.8 series electric pump with stainless steel gears ( specifically designed for transferring synthetic oil with a viscosity between ISO VG 80 and 150) has been developed for transferring viscous liquids, vegetable oils and non-aggressive lubricants in common use, which are clean and free of solid residue, such as:

olive oil
synthetic oil
milk
diesel

If you want to use it for water, you must purchase TEFLON gears.

The viscosity of the liquids to be transferred (at 40°C) must be between:

1° Engler (e.g. water, diesel fuel - intermittent service only to avoid overheating)
7° Engler (SAE 30 engine oil or SAE 80 transmission oil, continuous service).

NOVAX Impeller and Main Features

Pump body with NOVAX® technology, which makes the surfaces in contact with the liquid more resistant to wear and oxidation.

This version is equipped with stainless steel gears, which ensure better pumping capacity and an extremely longer product life.

Reversible: it can pump liquids in both directions. Among its many advantages, this allows for very precise transfers, with the possibility of making corrections by repumping the liquid in the opposite direction if necessary. The direction is determined by the switch on the control box.

Electric gear pumps can suck up liquid to a maximum height of 2 metres without being loaded; if the height is greater, simply place a non-return valve at the end of the suction pipe and fill the latter up to the pump. To increase the suction capacity, pour about 10 ml of the liquid to be transferred into the pump. In any case, it is always important to place the pump close to the container of liquid to be transferred. If the pump runs dry for more than 10 seconds, there is a risk of damage. Never operate the pump without the hose connectors.
Always connect the filter supplied to the suction hose before starting the pump. All models can operate continuously at a maximum pressure of 2 bar (0.2 MPa).

The pump is equipped as standard with a 1.5 metre rubber power cable and Schuko safety plug.

Equipped with a parking base and carrying handle.

The electric pump has the following self-priming power:

with full pump and empty suction pipe without foot valve, 3 m

with full pump and full suction pipe with foot valve, 7 m
