Rover Colombo INOX 6 Plate and Sheet Filter for Wine

The greatest innovation of this wine fitering pump is the reversed impeller.

It is a heavy-duty filter which mounts 7 filter plates made of top-quality PVC.

The assembly is fast and easy, the replacement of the filter sheets is immediate and most importantly, liquid leakage that can occur during filtering operations has been drastically reduced.

Suitable for filtering any food liquid, mainly wine.

When detached from the filter, the filtering pump can also be used as a common transfer pump.

It can house up to 6 filter sheets. It is also possible to mount various types of sheet filters to obtain different types of productions.

The pump can also work with less than 6 filter sheets. For example, only 4 can be mounted on the machine: simply slide the chosen plates off. The filtering quality remains the same, only the amount filtered per hour will decrease.

For example, if only 5 plates (i.e. 4 filter sheets) are used, the hourly production of filtered litres will be equal to about 30% less. But in some cases this can allow to save money in the use of filter sheets.

The COLOMBO® FILTER consists of a special electric pump and a filtering system called liquid system with pressed layers.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THE CUSTOMER: The COLOMBO FILTER® has been designed specifically for filtering beverages, for which all the materials used are perfectly compatible with liquid foods. Particularly suitable for filtering wine, water, infusions, beers, pharmaceutical solutions, perfumes.

It does not require any special maintenance other than normal cleaning.
