The big innovation of the new pump is the inverted impeller design compared to the old model.
This heavy-duty wine filter model features 7 top-quality filter plates made of PVC.
The assembly is fast and easy, the replacement of the filter sheets is immediate; most importantly, liquid leakage that can occur during filtering operations has been drastically reduced.
When detached from the filter, the filtering pump can also be used as a common transfer pump.
It can house up to 6 filter sheets. It is also possible to mount various types of sheet filters to obtain different types of productions.
The pump can also work with less than 6 filter sheets. For example, only 4 can be mounted on the machine: simply slide the chosen plates off. The filtering quality remains the same, only the amount filtered per hour will decrease.
For example, if only 5 plates (i.e. 4 filter sheets) are used, the hourly production of filtered litres will be equal to about 30% less. But in some cases this can allow saving money in the use of filter sheets.
