Thanks to the wire and pegs supplied, the installation of the product doesn’t require any special assistance. Indeed, once the Operator has proceeded delimiting the working perimeter of the defined lawn area, he will just need to start the Robot lawn mower. Moreover, it does not need to be recharged manually as it returns back to its charging station autonomously as soon as its charging is almost over.

The cutting tool is already pre-programmed in order to obtain the best results. Possibility to modify the scheduling according to the user’s needs and requirements through Wi-Fi or even ALEXA, thanks to the AL-KO inTOUCH Smart Garden App. Whether there is no network connection, you can also start the robotic device from the simplified display.

The DCS system (Double-Cut-System) developed by AL-KO finely mows the grass and return it to the lawn as organic fertilizer. The blade disc that runs alternately clockwise and counterclockwise and the blades with double sharpening, which ensure a higher durability, ensure an even more precise and perfect cut.

The motor is powered by a 18V 2.5 Ah battery, which ensures a running time of 55 minutes. Maximum safety for humans and pets resulting from the use of the Robolinho 500 W robotic cutting device: reliable sensors will be immediately operated in case of emergency.

The Robolinho cutting height can be easily adjusted by means of a knob. The gradual cutting height indicator and touch-sensitive keys with illuminated display allow an extremely comfortable starting. Finally, the robotic mower is also able to mow effortlessly on slopes up to 45%.

Robolinho can be easily installed with very few easy steps:

1. Assemble and tighten the charging station;
2. Fix the boundary wire with the proper fixing pegs around the working area;
3. Schedule the cutting calendar;

The user needs to install the perimeter wire at the first installation. This installation will delimit the boundaries of the cutting area permanently. The perimeter wire will be no longer visible within a couple of weeks.

The perimeter wire (100 m) along with the (90 pcs) pegs are already included in the package.

Moreover, the robot lawn mower is equipped with two high-traction wheels which allow to keep the robot lawn mower perfectly balanced even in case of higher slopes. The two front pivoting wheels that are provided on standard kit allow further balancing the equipment.

The robot lawn mower controls are located in the user-friendly keyboard with display, which is placed on top of the cutting device.

• Quick stop control: If you press the red STOP button at any time during operation, the robot lawn mower and the blade rotation will stop immediately.
• Anti-tilting sensor in the forward / side direction: Whether the equipment bumps into an uphill or a slope with over 24° (45%) inclination while running, it will change the working direction.
• Shockproof sensors for detecting obstacles: The robot lawn mower is equipped with sensors which, in case of contact with obstacles, make it change the driving direction. In case of impacts against obstacles, the upper section of the housing slightly moves in order to operate the shock-proof sensor.
• Lifting sensor: If the robot is lifted during operation, the starting system is switched off and the blades stop immediately.

CUTTING SPECIFICATIONS:

The cutting steps are always interchanged as it happens with the charging phases. If during the mowing operations the battery charge is reduced up to a certain value (display: 0%), the unit returns to the charging station along the perimeter wire.

The mowing programs are preset and can be adjusted on the device. Every time that the robot motor is started, it is changed the direction of rotation, which doubles the durability of the cutting blades.

Possibility to adjust the cutting height thanks to the handy knob which enables to move the cutting deck from 25 mm to 55 mm.
